Providing Relief and Recovery to Florida Keys Residents

To date, The Florida Keys Hurricane Recovery Foundation has provided more than $2.3 million dollars in direct assistance to individuals & not for profits throughout the Keys for relief and recovery. We’re continuing to receive donations to help with long-term rebuilding efforts.

About Florida Keys Hurricane Recovery Foundation, Inc.

The Florida Keys Hurricane Recovery Foundation, Inc. (FKHRF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides relief and recovery to residents of the Florida Keys affected by Hurricane Irma. Funds are being distributed to help residents get their lives and homes back in order by helping people with repairs, transportation needs, rent and housing, medical supplies and care, child care, and much more, by working with local nonprofits and faith-based partners.

100 percent of all donations go directly to help Keys residents.

FKHRF will now focus its efforts on the building of truly affordable rental workforce housing in the hardest hit area of the Keys, Big Pine Key.
The Community Foundation of the Florida Keys is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit. All donations to the Florida Keys Hurricane Recovery Foundation, Inc. are tax deductible.
Funding has been made possible through a collaborative effort of Coldwell Banker Schmitt Charitable Foundation, Ocean Reef Community Foundation, Farm Share & Florida Keys Hurricane Recovery Foundation.

Some areas of the Keys were hit harder than others. Donations may be designated to help a specific ‘area’ of the Keys; i.e., Lower, Middle, or Upper Keys, although they cannot be designated to a specific individual or business.
